Message from Director for Executive Program for Senior Management (Ex-PSM) 

• Executive Program for Senior Management (Ex-PSM) was initially launched in 2005 by FPRI in response to the Ministry of Finance’s need of a training program to prepare the “Future Leaders” of the Ministry. Ex-PSM also welcomes executives from other government agencies, state-own enterprises, and the private sector as we would like to promote an exchange of viewpoints among the crucial sectors of the Thai economy.

• Ex-PSM was specifically designed to suit the interest of Thai senior executives, who come from different backgrounds. The first module of the program will provide essential knowledge on globalization and its implications as these external factors will affect organizations performance. The second module is about the latest analytical tools on management and marketing that can be applied by our participants when formulating their own organizational strategy. The first and the second modules of the program are then bridged by a two-day session on global supply chain and international business. The third module of Ex-PSM introduces some basic concepts of public policy management, with a special focus on building Public Private Partnership as a key to success in economic development process. The content of every module has been revised and updated every year to reflect the changes of global affairs, and needs of clients.

• Ex-PSM lessons are delivered in interactive classrooms. Participants are encouraged to share their viewpoints with lecturers and friends. A team of FPRI researchers will also act as teaching assistants in every class in order to reduce a language barrier and to ensure that participants get good understanding of our lessons.

• We aims to provide a unique course for Thai executives and hope it will provide unique learning experience to cope with the future’s global challenges.
